If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or you experience any delivery issues, please contact info@ethanclairetoronto.com before opening a refund request, payment dispute, or chargeback. We will gladly investigate the shipment and work toward an appropriate solution.


6. Delivery Responsibility

Once the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

  • Delivery instructions provided to the carrier are accurate.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Ethan & Claire Toronto cannot guarantee that the order can be modified after processing has begun.
